Refunds and Returns


At Future Organic Africa we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. However if our customers are not happy or they are not completely satisfied, they can return the product to us and we will replace the product. Subject to the conditions written by Future Organic Africa.

We have the 30 days return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your products to request a return or exchange. If 30 days has passed, we can not exchange or return the products. Terms and conditions apply.

To be eligible for a return or exchange the product must be in perfect condition as it was received.

If it is not what you ordered please notify us immediately you receive the product, we will rectify the mistake. The product must still be in original packaging, we will replace it with what you ordered.

Any defective products upon delivery or collection, report it to the office immediately and we will attend to it. Although we always ensure that the products we deliver to our customers are of good quality.

Investigations will be done and if the return policy is met then Future Organic Africa shall replace or exchange the product within 14 working days. Considering that the claim was approved.
